To our valued PROVE partners,
At PROVE, we are committed to providing our employees with a safe and healthy workplace and our partners with best-in-class support. With the growing impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are closely monitoring the recommendations of our local governments and the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) and taking the necessary actions for our business.
We want to share with you what we are doing to help protect our employees and partners.
- In order to maintain the safety of our staff, we will be working from home for at least 2 weeks effective Wednesday, March 18th.
- We have limited business travel and encouraged employees to leverage technology to hold business meetings whenever possible.
- We have prepared our staff to work remotely, accessing systems that ensure the confidentiality and availability of email and documents so that business can continue running as normal.
We want to assure you that the experience you have come to expect in working with our PROVE team will remain consistent and uninterrupted during this pandemic. Ensuring patient treatment and recovery is our highest priority so you can count on us to prioritize your cases and patients the way we always do.
PROVE will remain open for business supporting you with phone lines open 24-7. You can contact our PROVE Care Coordination team at 877-909-3111 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We encourage you to stay in touch with your day-to-day PROVE contacts should you have any questions.
Take care of yourself, and each other.
